Hockey families and friends celebrated the start of the 2017 season at the “Heat It Up” pond hockey tournament. The event was a fund-raiser for the “Heat It Up” campaign, which is raising funds to help us complete the climate-controlled community space on the 2nd floor of the Memorial Sports Center. Our participating teams helped to raise over $1,000 for our shared facility, all while having a great time playing with and against friends from throughout our hockey community. Thanks to all the participants and to the volunteers who organized and managed the event.
